In short
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or marketing services and loads nothing from third-party servers. Fonts, images and videos come from the same server as the website.
Hosting and server log files
The website runs on a server of netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with netcup.
When you open a page, the server automatically records: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the referrer, browser and operating system, and the status code. This keeps the website secure and stable (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are kept only as long as needed for that purpose and then deleted.
Contact by email, phone and form
If you write to me or call me, I process your details to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for requests about an order, otherwise (f)).
The contact form stores nothing on this website. It opens your email app with a prepared message that you send yourself.
Emails to admade.de addresses are received and stored by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.
I delete requests once they are dealt with, unless I am legally required to keep them.
If you contact me via WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland, also processes your data, and data may be transferred to the USA. Only use WhatsApp if you agree to that; email and phone work just as well.
Storage in your browser
If you switch between the light and dark theme, your browser stores that choice locally (localStorage, key "theme") so it stays the same on your next visit. It is not sent to me. The legal basis is § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, because you use this feature on purpose. You can delete the entry in your browser settings at any time.
Encryption
The website is only delivered over an encrypted connection (TLS).
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Write to info@admade.de.
